• Does the driver come for me or do I have to be at a meeting point?

The driver will arrive for you at the location and time that you have shared with us. Make sure you are on time. There will be a maximum waiting time of 20 minutes.

• Can I buy round transportation?

Yes. You have the opportunity to buy a regular transfer, or round transportation with us, just choose the one that suits you best when making your reservation.

• Are the vehicles available for rent without a driver?

At the moment our vehicles can only be reserved to be operated by our drivers.

• Does the price change for more passengers?

Prices are fixed for both 1 passenger and 7 passengers.

• What vehicle will transport me?

When you make your reservation, we will contact you via WhatsApp. There we will give you all the details about your reservation, as well as the vehicle and name of the driver that will pick you up. We choose the vehicles (from the list above) according to their availability.

Cancellation policy 📆

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the date of the activity, we will not refund the full amount paid in the reservation.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the date of the activity, or if you do not show up on the date, there is no refund.
